Be Ready Programme
Helping people with brain injury move towards work, volunteering, and meaningful activity
Returning to work after a brain injury can feel overwhelming, but no one has to navigate it alone. Our Be Ready Programme provides practical, personalised support to help people rebuild confidence, explore options, and take positive steps towards employment or volunteering.
How we help
Volunteering
Build confidence, reconnect socially, and try new roles in a supportive, low pressure environment. We help match individuals with meaningful volunteer opportunities.
Phased return to work
A gentle, structured route back into employment. We guide employers on how to support individuals recovering from brain injury.
Supported employment
We help people find suitable roles and provide ongoing support, including access to job coaching where needed.
Skills training & education
We assist individuals in identifying courses or training that can help build cognitive stamina, confidence, and new career possibilities.
Peer support & mentoring
Connecting with others who have navigated work after brain injury offers encouragement, insight, and real world guidance.
