3rd Friday of the month

A friendly informal session, offering a safe space to meet others (with tea, coffee and cake!).  You can look around our Reablement Centre and garden, read more about our services and pick up a brochure.  Staff are available to discuss the range of sessions on offer to help you find the best one for yourself or the person you look after.

Everyone is welcome, family, friends and carers, whenever and however the injury happened. We can help.
