Our next 6-week Understanding Brain Injury course starts on 18 January 2027.

The course is designed to help people better understand brain injury, its effects and practical ways to manage some of the challenges that can follow.

Six sessions – 1.5 hours once a week

Explanatory educational slides accompany each session, highlighting examples and providing solutions to problems that you may encounter, helping you to think about your own situation and how best to deal with challenges.

Delivered in a small peer group, you will have opportunity to share your experience and hear from others how they have navigated life after injury.
